Good Day Everyone,
There is a match scheduled for this Saturday April 4th and Rick Crane & Gerry Carr are working on the course of fire so it should be a good one 🙂
The weather forecast is calling for a chance of rain and 5 degrees however we all know that could change. In the event it does rain, Rick said we will break out all the steel we can muster and still make it a good shoot.
Set up is 9AM first shot at 10AM. Just a reminder that the match fees are now $10.00 and it will be collected before we start.
Any extra help with the set up on Saturday morning would be greatly appreciated.
We will send out a weather update on Friday.
Cheers;

Good Day IPSC Members,
Gerry Carr checked out the range conditions yesterday and considering the very slippery ground and road conditions we will have to cancel tomorrows match due to safety reasons.
At our next executive on next Tuesday night we will be discussing the possibility of rescheduling matches that are cancelled due to weather.
We are also putting together “indoor” Air Soft training sessions to keep us all sharp during the winter months so stay tuned.
Have a great weekend everyone.

This is shaping up to be a very exciting event, so we are sending out information early to see who is interested in going this year.
So, if anyone has any interest in going and competing at the Nationals, either on a team or individually, please email us at :communications@ipscnl.ca

Greetings shooters!
It’s now 2015 and another shooting season is upon us. This year, we have the luck to have the 6xIPSC World Champion Eric Grauffel coming to Canada again. He will be giving IPSC courses in Ontario, at the Silverdale Gun Club this July.
If you have a goal set for your competition performance, here’s the most cost effective way you can get closer to achieving that goal. Learn from the best shooter that has ever participated in this sport. But the shocker is he is also the best trainer in this sport. A rare bird indeed!
Mostly those two abilities don’t go together, but lucky for us, they come together in Eric. Last year all 50 slots we had available sold out in a few weeks. DO NOT HESITATE if you are interested. All courses will have a maximum of 10 people, with 2 instructors.
Courses will run at the Silverdale Gun Club in the lovely Niagara Peninsula, the heart of Ontario’s Wine Country. Plenty of hotels, wineries and boutique restaurants to enjoy, as well as Niagara Falls of course.
1) There will be 2 basic Level 1 and 2 courses available for signup. Each basic course is two full days, and will require approx 800 rounds per day to complete. All positional and movement techniques are covered. If demand is there, we will open a third two day course.
2) There will be 2 one day Level 3 courses available, for those who have taken the Level 1 and 2 course already, either this year or previously. 800 rounds needed. All stage specific techniques are covered, like swingers, props, hit factor, stage strategy, etc…
3) There will be a 2 day Level 3+ and Level 4 course available, for all those who took the Level 1,2 and 3 courses last year. This is a re-cap and a continuation of advanced techniques and strategy.
4) There will be private training days available on request. For groups of 1-10 people. Price is per day and the perfect venue to get one on one training with Eric or with a group of friends. Roughly 1000-1200 rounds per day, possibly more if the group is small.
2015 Schedule:
July 16-17 Level 1&2 $800 CAD + HST =$904 CAD
July 18-19 Level 1&2 $800 CAD + HST =$904 CAD
July 20 Level 3 $400 CAD + HST =$452 CAD
July 21 Level 3 $400 CAD + HST =$452 CAD
July 22-23 Level 3+ & 4 $800 CAD + HST =$904 CAD
July 24 Private Training Available Contact for price
July 25-26 OPSL Level II match. Shoot with Eric!
July 27-29 Private Training Available Contact for price
Here’s how you can participate:
Only Payment holds a place for you on the course, on a first come first served basis.
